1. Marketplace Agreement
These Marketplace Terms apply when you buy goods through the Athrix marketplace. “Athrix” means the Athrix entity identified to you at checkout or on your order receipt. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the seller acknowledgment shown at checkout.
The checkout acknowledgment identifies each seller by legal or display name. Each item is sold and fulfilled by the seller shown for that item. Athrix operates the marketplace and is the payment merchant of record for the platform charge; that payment role does not make Athrix the seller or fulfiller of another seller’s goods.
2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Your checkout shows the items, seller, price, taxes, shipping charges, and total before payment. Athrix may collect the total in one platform charge and allocate the proceeds among sellers. A seller is paid only for its server-calculated allocation.
Installment collection for marketplace goods is not currently offered. Any installment information shown in an order is informational unless a separate payment schedule is expressly accepted at checkout.
3. Shipping Promises and Delays
The seller is responsible for providing the promised shipping or delivery timing and fulfilling the goods. If no shipping time is stated, the seller must ship within the time required by applicable law. If the seller cannot meet the promised time, you will receive a delay notice and a lawful choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
A carrier scan, delivery estimate, timer, review, seller message, or staff action does not count as your confirmation that you received the goods.
4. Receipt Confirmation and Seller Payment
Athrix holds each seller’s allocation beginning when payment is captured. The allocation is eligible for release only after the buyer explicitly confirms receipt for that seller or item allocation. This delayed transfer is a marketplace payment control and is not an escrow service.
For orders with more than one seller, receipt confirmation and payment release are handled separately for each seller allocation. Confirming one seller’s items does not release another seller’s allocation.
5. No Response, Complaints, and Maximum Hold
Athrix may remind you 3, 7, and 14 days after the buyer-approved promised delivery date. Silence never confirms receipt and never authorizes seller payment. If you do not respond, Athrix opens a resolution case rather than releasing the funds.
The standard resolution deadline is 30 calendar days after the buyer-approved promised delivery date. By that deadline, an unresolved or unreceived allocation is refunded, subject to any lawful return requirement described below. Athrix may act sooner when required by law, card-network rules, safety, fraud prevention, or the facts of the case.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
Contact Athrix Marketplace Support promptly if goods are missing, late, damaged, materially different from the listing, or otherwise disputed. Provide the order number, affected items, seller, delivery details, and supporting photos or messages when available.
If delivery evidence shows that return is appropriate and applicable law permits it, Athrix or the seller will provide a prepaid return method before the refund is completed. No return is required for goods not received. Refunds are applied to the affected seller or item allocation and returned to the original payment method when practical.
These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights or your ability to contact your payment provider. Duplicate recovery is not permitted, and Athrix may coordinate an open marketplace case with a payment dispute.
7. Data and Records
Athrix maintains the authoritative marketplace order, acknowledgment, receipt-confirmation, allocation, refund, and dispute records needed to operate the service. Sellers receive only the order and buyer information reasonably needed to fulfill their goods, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
You and sellers retain rights in information and content you provide. Athrix’s handling of personal information is governed by the applicable privacy notice; these terms do not transfer ownership of your personal information to Athrix.
8. Support and Changes
Marketplace help and complaint instructions are available at www.athrix.ai/help/marketplace-orders. You may also email info@athrix.ai.
The version and locale shown above identify the exact terms presented at checkout. A later version applies only when it is presented and accepted as required. Applicable law controls if it gives you greater rights than these terms.
